Ee perks

I have tried to login my ee perks account and it says it is deactivated 
I have tried to re register but it says there is already an account. 
anyone able to advice on how I can reactivate my account? Thanks

Thanks for visiting the EE Community 🙂

If your EE Perks account is showing as deactivated our EE Perks team will need to help resolve it. The fastest way to get it sorted is getting in touch with our team on 150 who will be able to send on the request to the Perks team with your details. I can also pass on the request if you send me your details via private message, but this will usually take longer.
