I am having trouble logging in to EE perks. I have requested a new password multiple times over the last few weeks and nothing ever comes through. I am definitely using the correct email address.
This happened to me earlier on in the year as well and the password reset never came through and this was resolved through customer service chat, but for some reason this isn't working today either.
My husband is looking to order his new phone and contract today using one of my codes, so it's quite frustrating that this won't work. Any help much appreciated

Are you trying to log in with your personal or work email - have you tried the other?
