I’m struggling to get EE PERKS with my new upgrade. I’ve tried so many times logging in and it won’t let me. It won’t let me put in my email or accept the password. I’ve Tried checking junk email for restoring passwords etc but nothing there. 
I see this is an issue. 
PLEASE HELP ME!

How long ago did you register for a perk account? 

Did you register using the work email?

I registered with my old phone (around 4 years ago) and I never managed to get the discount - it never worked. 
I upgraded my phone recently and want the NHS discount perk. Unfortunately it’s not working my nhs email (I’ve checked at work and my junk) and my personal email account and nothing. 
so I’ve ended up paying for my handset to get the EE perk aswel and it doesn’t work!

What happens if you try and register instead of logging into the perk portal?

When I log in it says I’ve already got a perks account. 
I then try to log in to perks and it says password is wrong - but it won’t let me change it. I’ve checked junk emails and nothing…
