when I am trying to access ee perks discount codes it states my account is deactivated. Can you please advise/help?

I am having this exact same problem - states my account has been deactivated - can't login or register! please help

I am having the same problem - EE perks account has been deactived. When I try to register it states my email address is already registered, but I can't log in either. I have changed my password using my work email. I have 30 days to provide a new perks code to EE so that I an continue to have 20% discount. Please can someone advise what I need to do? Many thanks

Are you seeing a message saying your account has been deactivated when trying to log in or are you just unable to log in after changing your password?
