Good evening,
I am attempting to use my EE Perks unfortunately i have the message appear that me EE Perks Account has been deactivated.
How can this be resolved and reactivated?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Katie,
You replied to my message with a problem with my perks account being deactivated. Unfortunately I have waited the weekend and am still unable to log in. Have tried phoning the support desk who told me to go to my HR, who are unable to help.
Can you take a further look please.
