Ear buds not yet received

I recently purchased a Galaxy S23 phone along with free ear buds. The phone is fine, but I'm still awaiting the buds.

Anywhere from day 15 to day 30 from the day you received your phone you should get the free earbuds if you qualify. If you’re past day 30 then I would ring CS
