Hi, I have been sold an EE data roaming pass at £15 a month to cover Jamaica but I now think it actually doesn’t cover the country. Reaching EE customer services is impossible from Jamaica and the Bot messaging service is useless.
can anyone from EE help please? I have brought 2 passes on my account for a weeks holiday and need confirmation that they cover this country please.

Did you ring customer service and speak to them? Are you already in Jamaica? Have you made sure roaming is activated on your account.
The roaming passes are only for EU plus five other countries.
