I am having a total nightmare trying to get my pek code applied, I seem to be going round in circles! Can someone please help me!

I'm having terrible trouble logging into ee perks. I've registered with work email previously but can't remember my password. I try to reset my password but the email never comes through. I've tried to re-register but it says I'm already registered but that my work email isn't recognised. 

I've read there can be issues with work email domains not being recognised so I've tried to register with my ID instead but it says I'm already registered. I'm going round in circles! 

Please can you help?

If you haven't already, can you please try putting in your personal email address and let me know if it sends the password reset email?

If you have no luck from there please let me know and we can take a closer look.

Thanks for the message.

I've tried just putting my personal email in but i'm still not getting the reset email.

I called 150 this morning who said they had unregistered my details with ee perks so that I should be able to re-register in 3 working days. I'm not entirely sure I gave the correct work email address to deregister though.

Is it something you are able to check?
