I'm disappointed to hear you're having some trouble trying to get your Perk code sorted out.
What's happening exactly? Are you able to log in OK, or is this the part you're having a spot of bother with?

Hi,
I previous had it on a previous account. I recall struggling with my work email to register as was not recognised and as I have done this time sent my work ID and has been verified and confirmed I am eligible.
When i attempted to log in I was off work due to bereavement, I rang up EE and advised of problem they said not to worry and to do it when I returned to work. I was off for 3 months and I returned and for so some reason won't accept my phone number saying not eligible, and then I have tried to reset the link by contacting g EE perks but noone has got back to me. I have tried to contact several times via chat and on the phone and get advised to do something different every time with no resolution.
I have had codes generated that it won't accept. I have spent hours now trying to resolve and had become very frustrating.

Thanks for letting us know about what has been happening with your Perks account.
We certainly don't want you missing out on your discount, so I'd love to help you with this. Can I just confirm that you're not able to log into your Perk account, due to your number being ineligible?

Hello. I am trying to renew my EE Perk which I have had for a number of years.
Despite sending ID on 3 occasions nothing is happening.

What happens when you try to log in using your original log in details?

I cannot sign into EE Perks as it says they are awaiting ID verification. I have provided this 3 times now.
I have been an EE customer for 26 years and got a call from the Loyalty Department last week to see if I wanted to upgrade. They were surprised to hear there was a problem as I showed as having EE Perk on their system.
As I have had EE Perk for several years I don't understand why it's been a problem this time

Are you seeing this message when attempting to sign in or re-register?
Have you heard back from EE Perks advising there is a problem with the ID you are submitting or have you not heard anything?

I was told on 2 occasions the ID the image could not be identified. I then sent another image and haven't heard back.
