EE perks

I work for the NHS and had a discount added to my account through the ee perks discount scheme. I'm sure that my discount has disappeared and, as I'd like to start a new contract, I would like a discount code. Every time I try to log into ee perks, it doesn't like my password and refuses to send me a reset link!

Please advise!

What is the error message that you get when you try to log in?

I don't get an error message apart form it saying my details are wrong and that I need to click on the reset password link, which I do. It tells me a link has been sent, when one hasn't . I've tried numerous times but I can no longer login together a password reset link

Have you checked your spam/junk folder for those reset emails? Is it possible you used a different email address?

Er.... that was the 1st thing I did. Having looked though the community, this is a common problem. I'm still unable to login......

Has your NHS email address changed since you first registered for EE Perk?

Hi

Have tried both my personal, and work email addresses.... still do not get a reset email. Neither have changed in over 10 years. Still unable to login into perks.
