EE perks

Hi, 

I have recently found the upgrade deal I like. Tried to log in to EE perks, and it said incorrect password. So tried password reset, it says email sent but not received. 

I looked on community pages and it mentioned speaking to web care team to raise a webform. So I called 150, a webform was raised and I was told 72 hours. 72 hours has passed and I still have had no response and I still cannot get into EE perks.

Welcome to the Community .

The Perk team are occasionally taking a little longer than the 3 working days. 

However, are you able to try re-register with the same email address? The team may have reset your login.

Hi Ali, 

Thanks for replying. 

I have now managed to get on because as you say, I re-registered. However, I have a new drama. EE app and website will not accept my code “stating that it is not applicable with the plan” there is no mention on the EE website that perks codes cannot be used on full works plans?

You can have a look at our Welcome to EE Perk page (scroll to the bottom) which shows the basic terms of Perk discount eligibility. 

If the plan you're going for is eligible for Perk discount but it's not working, I'd suggest giving our Customer Service team a call who'll be able to check the plan and account. 

Just so you know, the guides won't be able to process the upgrade and apply the code for you. It's only possible to use PERK discount codes through upgrading online.
