Good morning,

 

I've just attempted to log in to my EE perks account to get a new code and it's telling me the account has been deactivated as it wasnt activated within the specific time.

 

We had a huge issue when it was initially set up last year and ultimately one of the perks team had to apply the discount manually.

 

How can I get it reactivated to enable me to get a new code for a family member?
