EE perks password reset

I’ve tried to reset my EE perks password to access my account for discount codes but it’s not sending me an email to reset it

Hi

I've had exactly the same issue, can't log in to my old Perks account, request password reset, nothing comes through (checked all junk, bin boxes).

Please could you send me the private email so this can be fixed.
