EE perks not generating codes

Unfortunately my EE perks account is not generating codes. It says as intro you have 5 codes but when I try to generate the codes, I receive a message saying unable to retrieve codes at this current time. I have been able to generate codes for many years. 
 
I am currently working for a South East NHS Trust.
