I am unable to log in to EE perks and it will not send a password reset to the email I have registered.

I have tried to activate my login for Perks four times and every time it fails to accept may password after verifying my work email address. This is preventing me from signing up to Broadband.

Thanks for coming here.
Have you had an EE Perk account previously?
EE Perk codes can be used for phones, SIM plans, tablets and mobile broadband, this is not available on Home Broadband.

I have not previously had EE Perks. I'm also trying to use perks to get discount on my sim plan.

Hi also am having the same issue, trying to active my wife’s police discount on perks and can’t login to get a email sent to her work email to get the codes, can you please advise
