Hi,

 

I am unable to log in to EE perks and it will not send a password reset to the email I have registered.

I'm having exactly the same issue. I would very much like to upgrade my current phone, but this makes it rather difficult to do.

What happens when you try and log in? 

Did you register using your work or personal email?

It seems to be the same issue as others. 

Invalid log in details and when I reset the password I don't get an email

Are you using the work email to log in? 

Have you checked your junk/spam folder?

I have tried my work email and personal email with no joy. 

I have checked my spam/junk folders - no password reset. Even after giving it a few days to ensure the email has been sent.  

I really hope you can help.
