EE perks Deactivated

Hi, my EE Perks Account has been deactivated as says the following message "Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame"

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Did the guide you spoke to on 150 contact the perk team get the registered perk details removed for you to set up a new account?

I don’t think so, the person I spoke to didn’t think there was anything that could be done now that my account was deactivated. Like I would need a new email etc

To get this quickly resolved I would recommend giving us a call. 

Our customer care team have access to a webform that can be sent to our EE Perks team.

Welcome to the community. 

I would recommend giving us a call and speaking with our customer care team who can send a webform off to our EE Perks team. 

This is the quickest way to get your account reactivated.

I am having the same issue.

When I try to log into EE Perks it says deactivated due to not being verified in time.

I have used it before and received codes for me and my wife before, but can get back in to get codes again as we both look to upgrade.

I talked to the Web chat service and she sent me a link to verify my email, which I received 3 days later and still does not work.

I just tried calling as well, and I get the impression the guy had no idea what I was talking about.

When you called our customer care team are you aware if a webform was sent to EE Perks?

I assume that's what they did last week (when i used the online chat)  which prompted me getting a verification email at the start of the week.

But when I try verifying it still says deactivated.
