Hi all,
I've been trying to activate my NHS perk code for an upgrade I've been looking at. I have a valid perk code from the EE perk portal but when I try to activate it, it says that discounts are not available on this specific plan. I've tried 3 or 4 of the different plans and I'm getting the same message.
I've been in store, I've phone 150 and I've chatted to the online chat service but they can't use perk codes, it has to be done online and none of the advisors I spoke to seemed to understand why the code wasn't working. Does anyone have any ideas or advice?

Welcome to the community.
Do the plans/offers you're choosing have a yellow banner on them saying something like 'save £**'?
Are you connected to a VPN when you're trying to do this? Most workplace computers would have these.
Please also try it on both WiFi and mobile data.

Thank you. And thank you for replying.
The plan I tried to add didn't have a discount it was £43 the all rounder plan.
I'm definitely not connected to a VPN. I've also tried without WiFi this morning, and I've tried with WiFi also. It's just saying that codes are available.
I've tried on the app and online on the EE website and it doesn't work on either.
