I’ve tried to log into my EE perks account but it says it’s been deactivated, I can’t get through on 150 right now, can I do anything else to sort this out? I’ve tried a password reset

Hi Katie, I have and there was nothing there, also the page that says the account has been deactivated doesn’t have any options to take any actions, it’s just a page with some text
