I removed an video pass add on through my account and I got a message saying that my Xbox game pass add-on has been removed but I'm no longer sure where it is tied to It could possibly be one of my daughters consoles as I've been paying for my account through PayPal so I wanted to put it onto my Xbox (they don't play no longer). I cancelled the video add-on and reactivated the Xbox game pass add on which was successful. I got the text message from EE to activate. Got my one time pin but the message was it was already an active add-on and I do not need to do anything further but I don't know where this game pass is as I've had no activation code to enter on my Xbox.

Do you already have a Microsoft account?
If so, can you try logging in with the logins you have registered with Microsoft?

Yeah I have Microsoft account for my children and myself. The issue I have is that I removed video pass add-on and for some reason it also removed my Xbox game pass add-on and then repurchased the Xbox game pass add on I had to go through a security check where you get a one time pin. When this was done I got the message to activate but when it loaded the page it told me it already had but I have not received a game pass code to enter on the Xbox it self and now I don't know where that is as I presume you would need the new code to enter. The other issue is I pay for two game pass's through the payment options to use my EE so I've confused myself lol and missing a code!
