I have added Norton cybersecurity to my EE account. When I open up the website, I immediately get a notification “Attention needed”. This almost immediately disappears and then I get a message that I’m fully protected. Is this correct?

If you log into your account online, EE Cyber Security should be showing as active within your Add-Ons section if you have added this successfully.
I wouldn't want there to be any confusion though, so I would suggest calling the team directly, and they'll be able to confirm if everything has been set up correctly.
