EE Samsung Z Fold 5 Cashback & Gift

As you can see from the image, my EE store were offering £100 cashback and free FE buds with the purchase of a Z Fold 5 or Z Flip 5. 

I just purchased the Z Fold 5 from the store, but they are unsure how I claim the cashback and free buds. Could someone tell me where I claim them?

The Samsung offers/promotions website does not show any such offer and I cannot find how to claim offers on the EE website.

The current cashback, earbuds and disney+ offer is for those purchasing the Samsung S23 FE. 

The photo provided shows disney+ is included. Have you been able to claim this?

If you look at the small print at the bottom of the picture it says reward comprises of £100 cashback and buds fe, along with the disney plus.
