Hi 

I am having the same problem and cannot find anyone to contact. I can log in but says my account is deactivated.

it then won’t allow me to reapply as states my work email is already been used?

 

please help

You need to speak to EE CS on 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
