Hi. I’m trying to recover/ change my password for perks but when I enter my NHS work email for a link, I don’t get a link to it.. please help

Have you checked your spam/junk folders? 

How long ago did you register for the perk account?

Hi Leanne.  Yes spam and junk all checked.  Originally registered for perks about a year ago. I’ve just upgraded my sim only to an iPhone 14 and tried to log into perks for the 20% NHS discount but couldn’t re set the password because no email arrived.  When we tried to re register it just says that the NHS email is already registered
