I have a plan benefit of 6 months free Apple TV+. This appears in my EE, and in the settings on my iPhone it appears as an EE plan benefit in subscriptions. When I click this to activate it takes me to the Apple TV app, and a message pops up to confirm I have Apple tv with my EE plan. However this is where things go wrong. I click to activate, and it asks me to confirm my phone number which I do. It then sends me a 4 digit activation code, but the next step won’t allow me to submit a 4 digit activation code as it seems to want a 6 digit code. So this far I’m unable to activate this benefit. Any help much appreciated!

I am sorry to hear this is happening when you are trying to activate your Apple TV.
