I am an NHS worker. I have just upgraded my mobile phone and need my EE Perks code. I am unable to log in or reset NO email reset being sent to either of my email accounts

Hi, I'm having the same issues - It's locked me out for 24hrs. It let me reset my password but I'm still can't log in.

Since your post yesterday evening have you been able to log in to your EE Perks account?

I am also unable to reset my password.
I received an email to reset my password, but when I type a new password, it keeps saying, "We were unable to reset your password. Please try again."
Any idea why?

Are you able to clear your browser cookies and cache, or an alternative browser at all?
