EE Perks password re set

Hello

I need to re set my EE perks password so I can get a code to upgrade. Every time I click to re set I don’t get the re set email. I now have 30 days to get this code to enable the discount.

Can anyone help?

Are you using the same email address you originally registered with the Perk portal? This is usually your work email address?

Have you checked your spam/junk email folder?

I have tried that email and it didn’t work. Unfortunately that email is no longer active and I am unable to get it re activated as I have moved employer.

I have also tried to re register and it won’t allow me.
