I’ve not used my EE perks for a while and can’t remember my password, however, when I go to reset it it keeps going back to the same page saying “password can’t be reset, please try again” Can anyone help? 😊

Are you using the email address you originally registered with to request the password reset email?

I’ve re-registered, received a verification email to my work email address and then when I click on that and enter the details it says my log in details are invalid! What have I done wrong?!?

Are you using the same email address the verification email was sent to?
Can you try another web browser to see if this works for you?
