EE Perks not working

EE Perks says my password is incorrect, i have tried to request a link for a new password numerous to both my personal email & my work email but nothing appears (I have checked spam). 
I have also asked on Twitter & to the billing team at 150, who told me there is no issue on their side, and it must be an issue on my end.  

Does anyone know how I can sort this out, please?

Thanks for sending this over to us. I've messaged our Perk team asking them to reset the account for you. It can take up to seven days to fully complete, then you'll be able to register from scratch after that.
