EE Perks not working

Recently went to a sim only plan. Have 3 add on’s, Apple Music will not work, TNT will not work, so the only free perk I’m getting is Netflix. EE advisors will not reimburse me and Apple support can also not help after an unsuccessful screen sharing session. 
Help please!

I’ve spoke to many advisors, all of which cannot help.
I’ve now been told to revert back to my old contract (which can take up to 72 hours) then start a new contract again.
