Good Afternoon,
After being sent a faulty link for verification of my work email for EE Perks, I am unable to verify using a photo ID as the account email/name is ‘already in use’.
Is there a way to reset my account or begin the process again?

You will need to get in touch with customer service who will be able to advise further - we can't reset your perks account here in the community forum.

Any advice as to how I’d approach?
I’d contacted them prior to submitting my question, they said they couldn’t do anything for me.
