EE Perks - Password Reset Not Receiving an Email

Hi,

I am looking to upgrade my phone and trying to access EE Perks. When I try to login it says incorrect password. When I try to reset the password, it notifies me that I will receive an email. I have tried this throughout the day numerous time, with not one email being received. I have checked my Inbox, Junk Mail and also searched for "EE" on my whole email account. The email has never been received.

Please could somebody advise me on what to do in order to get access to EE Perks and be able to upgrade my phone.

Did you registered for a perk account using your work or personal email address? 

Have you checked the junk/spam folders for the email?

I have checked all junk email and everything. I contact 150 who stated that they have sent you a request to delete my account and for me to create jt again.

 

Can you please do this urgently as I am trying to upgrade my phone contract Today

Sorry we don't have access to your perk account, if our mobile guides have requested this with the perk team they will let you know once this has been completed for you.

I am trying to reset my forgotten password and just not receiving any emails with the reset link to either my personal or work email. I have been in touch with 150 and they are unable to access the system and just advised to keep trying. Can someone please help me?

If this continues and you have also checked your Spam/Junk folder I'd recommend giving us another call.

Hello, 

I am experiencing the same thing. 
My registered email doesn’t work; work email doesn’t work either. I’ve tried repeatedly to reset the password but the mails never come through. It is so frustrating. I spent about 3 hours on the phone 2 days ago trying to resolve this with EE staff, all to no avail. 
My EE perks account was opened last year and I’ve used just one generated code.
