I get the following message when i go to my perks portal "Unable to Retrieve Code at this current time, if the problem persists please contact your company EE Perks representative" - can i get some help with this?

I am also having the same issue. Very annoying as I generated a code a few weeks ago for my partner to get a new phone, now I want a new phone and it’s not working

Very frustrating! I called 150 eventually getting through to someone who looked into this and said I had to speak to HR (I work for an NHS hospital) to get a perk code. If that’s true thats ridiculous, how would they generate an EE discount code?? It seems like some kind of technical fault.
I’ve never had this issue either. Not happy at all. Hoping someone from the EE online support team who understands this better may be able to help. Looking at the forums this has been happening extensively to EE customers over the last month at least.

Yeah looking at the dates of peoples post it definitely seems to be happening a lot more recently. What will you cal HR for? They are gonna be talking to me with no idea of what I expect them to do. It’s not a HR matter. It’s an EE issue which EE needs to address. People say to register again but I can’t, it says my details are already linked to an account. EE please hurry up and fix this issue.
