EE Perks Account Deactivated

Hi, My EE perks account has been deactivated and I have been told that I need to re-register but cannot do this until you have removed my previous account.  I have been trying to sort this out for over a week now and have numerous PM's informing me that it would get sorted.  Please can you sort this for me today please.  Regards, Darren

Thank you, is there anyone you can speak with to speed up the process please? This has dragged on for so long now.  If it doesn't get resolved today or tmrw I will feel like leaving EE
