EE Perks Account Deactivated

Hello

 

I am having a similar problem to others in that my perks account has been deactivated and I cannot re-verify to generate a discount code.

 

Have tried calling 150 but having no luck. Can I please get some help having this re-activated?

i am having the same problem it says account deactivated and no one can help me. i need to apply to discount or i can't  afford it

I am also having the same issue as my NHSBT mail control is blocking the EE Perks activation email. I am due to renew this month and need a new code asap due to my financial situation. Please can you help?

Hi there. If the email is blocked you will need to speak to someone in your IT department to sort that for you.

Thanks both, Yes, they have tried to put an exception in but the Perk email address seems to always be different, so everytime a request is sent, then it is blocked again. Its very frustrating.

Do you have photo ID you can use to register instead of the work email?

Yes i have my ID Badge with my photo on. Do i create a new account and use that method instead?
