I had a military discount on my EE account I have upgraded my phone and sim account and have lost the perk. the perk is registering my defence discount card. is there a way to get the perk back?

Hi @eeuser414

Welcome to the community.

You have to generate and use a new code on the EE Perk portal each time you upgrade. You usually have to enter this online or provide it to the sales person at the point of upgrade.

Do you have a code ready to use? If so, contact our Mobile Care team and they'll do their best to help.
