Blue light

I have just taking out 2 new contracts, when I spoke to the advisor on the phone I told him I had a blue light card that offers 20% off contract, he told me it couldn't be done until I recieved the phone and that it had to be done online. I cant seem to find anyway of doing this can you help?

@Amanda2908   All discounts have to be applied at the time of upgrading you can not do this afterwards.    

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

He told me on the phone that he couldn't do it over the phone and I would have to add it when the devices arrived, thats what the people he knows have done also, that's very disappointing after taking this out, will have to ring them
