Hi,
I have been trying to open an EE account for the last few days as my workplace is part of the EE discount scheme.
I registered perfectly fine and easy enough using my work email address which instantly verified me, generated a code all seemed good for the 20% discount.
Fast forward spending a few hours selecting a plan, have all the details setup click the enter code box the first time it just refreshes the page and nothing changes, the pricing is still the same and the second time I enter it then it says my code is invalid.
By this time the perk portal has logged me out when I go to check again so I go to logon and it tells me my password is invalid when I enter it the same as when I registered so then I tried to reset my password, which I tried a few times but it never sends me the password reset email and yes I did check junk and spam.
At this point I lost hope and contacted the live chat, where I had to wait over an hour for reply but to be honest that ended up being a waste of time and not much help anyway.
So then I booked an appointment in store today for 10:30am when I turned up it seemed like they wasn’t expecting anyone to be there and hadn’t seen or read the message I left online about my issues. I was there for less then 5 minutes as they also seemed clueless and told me the 20% discount is only for blue light and NHS which is not true going off of the EE Perk info available on the website and it states can be used in store on the phone or website.
Following on from this, I then called EE customer service from my existing phone but they were not able to help with the issue either which took about another half an hour of my time.
So now I am stuck and posting here in a desperate last ditch effort, is there any agents on here that can help? I’m not going to join the network if I can’t get the discount I am supposedly entitled to.

I’m having the same problem and I work for the nhs it’s saying invalid

Are you having problems logging in to an existing Perk account or are you trying to register for the first time?
What is the full error message you see?
