EE Perk Password Reset

Hello

I can not reset my password to get the EE perk, I click the link that comes from the email, i input a password that meets the criteria and it just says "can not update password" does anyone know how to sort this as i would ideally like to do my upgrade soon to get something while its on offer

Are you using the same email you registered for perk with? 

When did you register? 

Just to let you know, the perk code is not eligible with any other discounts if the plan/phone is on offer.

Thanks for the reply, yes i am using the same email address. 

 

The phone is not a special offer as in having the yellow advertisement, its just a good price and i want to get it before its gone or changed.

Yes ive tried totally random passwords, i know the email address is correct as its the same one i used to get EE perks for my current contract 2 years ago, and i tried to make a new account with the email address and it says already registered.
