I've been using EE Perk for a couple of years and I wanted to move over to EE using the Perk system as I work for a qualifying company.
For some reason, every time I go to reset my password I never receive the e-mail, and I've received other Perk e-mails before potentially I want to move two members of family over to EE as well, but I can't access the Perk portal then I may as well look elsewhere.
Can anyone at EE shed any light on why the password reset system isn't working?

Hi Debbie,
using the same email address I registered with and have used in the past. I’ve checked my junk folder - nothing!

Are there any other emails addresses you may have used? How long has it been since you last logged in?
