Good afternoon, I am having trouble with my EE perk codes. I have generated 3 now and none are being accepted. Please can you help?

Is the plan you've selected already on offer or have a discount showing?
Which plan have you selected? If you can add a screenshot of the plan in your basket we can see if anything is showing that the perk code is not compatible with.

Hiya Leanne. I chose the unlimited all rounder for iPhone plan. There is no offer or discount showing on this plan.

Is this an Essentials, Full Works, or All Rounder plan, or is it just called Unlimited Data? Nothing I can see when checking this at my end quite matches that.
Also could you number possibly have an existing discount on it, for example if it was added as part of a multi-line deal?
Whilst there may be no discounts on the plan, there may be something on your account that is clashing with this.

Hi Peter,
it’s an unlimited all rounder plan for iPhone. No discounts already applied to it.
I don’t have a perk discount for my current plan. I’m wanting to upgrade. So not sure as to why 3 codes aren’t being accepted.
