Hi, my EE Perks Account has been deactivated as says the following message "Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame"
I have tried a password reset but it still says deactivated.

Same issue here, Account Deactived and trying to register says I am already registered. How can we fix this?

I've given up now after a few dm's from ee and still no further forward luckily I'm sim only so saving isn't much. But still going from having to not been able to login and it been through external scheme at work they don't take my work details as valid.

Same issue account deactivated in EE perks don’t have contract as unwilling to do so u till perks issue resolved
