Renewed a EE small business contract solely to get the TNT sports add on did this n Sept 10th 2025 still trying to get past activation code have been passed from EE to Discovery and back again.
Please does anyone from EE even care

I'm sorry you have been having trouble with the activation, were you unable to receive a code or getting some other kind of error?

Thanks Lesley every time i put in my mobile number it sends a code after putting in the code it says there is a technical error try again , I have been doing this since September 10th. I did manage to speak to someone last week and they have assured me it is a known issue and it will be resolved in February , I was told that in September it would be resolved in October.
The add on is in my account and shows up against my mobile number.
I was referred to Discovery in December and went through the process with them over the course of a few days they failed to resolve and referred me back to EE.
It is clearly a permissions issue between EE and TNT /Discovery

As this is known to our technical care team it sounds like the team are trying to get a fix in place as soon as possible.
Out of curiosity, does the error just show technical error OR is there an error code?

I would recommend allowing the timescale provided by our technical care team for the fix to be completed.
I understand this must be frustrating and should you may wish to open a complaint this can be done by visiting this page HERE.
