Hi, I'm unable to sign up for Airtime Rewards on my EE app, when I click on the Complete Sign Up button in the app I get "Something went wrong! Access Denied." I have tried speaking to Customer Services on your chat function before but they didn't know how to fix it and they ended the chat with a follow up email asking to get in touch if I was still having problems. I am also a member of EE Perks but I don't see how this would have any impact. Can anyone help?

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the EE app?
At which point in the sign up process do you see an error message?

I'm having a almost similar problem, signed up via EE app, downloaded the airtime app, started filling in my details but locks me out saying "details already exist" but have no way to use these details to login

@FL1PS1D3 Which details is it asking you for to login to the Airtime app? It should just be a case of entering your mobile number and then it sends you a PIN to confirm, is this not what happens?
