Hi, I'm unable to sign up for Airtime Rewards on my EE app, when I click on the Complete Sign Up button in the app I get "Something went wrong! Access Denied." I have tried speaking to Customer Services on your chat function before but they didn't know how to fix it and they ended the chat with a follow up email asking to get in touch if I was still having problems. I am also a member of EE Perks but I don't see how this would have any impact. Can anyone help?

Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling to see if this helps?

Hi Leanne, yes I have deleted and reinstalled the app but I’m still having the same Problem. I’m using an iPhone 12 Pro.

I have the same problem I have just installed, de installed, reinstalled. I am using a Samsung s21 ultra.

Thanks! Via my EE app something went wrong network error. Via airtime rewards app a page of error and 403 error amongst it

I've just tested in the app @ramsfan12 and I wasn't able to replicate the issue.
Are you using any VPN services?
Have you tried over both WiFi and mobile data?
