Downfall of inclusive extras

Why have EE removed the ability to have 3 inclusive extras on new full rounder plans, and removed half of the selection for all rounder plans. I used to be able to pick data pass, Apple Music, game pass, Netflix and a load more. Now only have 1-3 selections. New customers have even less! EE Is definitely on the downfall lately.

More of our plans than ever now feature inclusive roaming, and All Rounder and Full Works customers now get unlimited Watch data included in their plan too.

Please bring back the ability to add multiple add ons.

The new plans only have 1, i remember being plans with 3 add ons available. With the new phone i would have liked the opportunity to use multiple extras. Sad its been reduced to one.

Full works should come with more than one. Why do customers changing their plan end up worse off, even when upgrading to a new 24month contract.

Increase contract prices mid contract & reduce  accessibilty to original plans. Poor work EE

@SoyfurR  actually you get 2 on full works.  You get roaming in the EU and further and one you choose, the roaming pass is £25 per week for this otherwise 
If you choose Netflix that’s now a Netflix premium £17.99 not basic £4.99    

So you’re worse off.  

   And if it’s an unlimited full works for iPhone that gives the option for Apple one.   So that’s Apple TV, Apple Music and Apple Arcade and 50Gb iCloud storage and that’s an £18.95 subscription right there.  

Plus if you have a smart watch you get unlimited data and if that smartwatch is purchased out right or has seen out its contract term you actually do not charged for that sim only contract tariff and still get unlimited data for the watch,  

You also get priority coverage in busy areas.    

Show me a network provider who doesn’t increase prices in a contract period that you don’t agreed to when you take out that contract.  you do know going to happen before you agree to the contract.      So not point in bring that argument up. 

 And what’s an original plan ?   

oh and if you have EE broadband that brings different benefits to you.   Like monthly rolling contracts, unlimited data for all contract lines on your account.   And reduce costs on those contracts.

I'm so angry, total breach of contract, and temerity to tell me I will be penalised if I leave early because of it.

That's two BT/EE broadband accounts going elsewhere, one of them business and two contracts in my house which will never return to EE.

I'll be looking at legal redress here through the county court once I've exhausted your 'complaints' procedure, independent adjudication and OFCOM.

Last time I felt this angry about an unfair contract was with Virgin Cable was 22 years ago. 

At today's rate the would be £80 x 12 x 22 Which is £21,220.

EE needs to recognise that if customers are put of by their shoddy practices then these are the sort of potential revenue loses per customer.

You need to tell your bosses that they should restore the T&Cs as agreed by their customers in good faith, even if it costs them in the short term, good will is worth a massive fortune.

What breach of contract? Things only change when you agree to change plan, if you haven't you'll still have the same available so no breach of contract!

Can you provide more information on what has been changed regarding your contract? I see you commented on another thread regarding the roaming inclusive extra, is this what you mean?

Our roaming inclusive extras have recently changed so that there is now 2 roaming inclusive extras, EU zone extra and a Zone 1 extra. Which means your inclusive extra can now be used in many more countries and all of the same ones the previous inclusive extra covered. The original post for this thread was regarding how plans with inclusive extras have changed, but this is only when signing up to a new contract. So as @garybs29 mentioned this change would only apply if you signed up to a new plan.
