I received a text offering me Double Data as I am a BT and EE customer,  is this a scam if not will I have to pay extra each month or will my monthly payment stay the same.

This promotion is genuine, not sure what the comms you got are though.

Try texting Double Data to 150, this will check if you're eligible for the promotion and add it to your account.
