Hi all,
I've been using Discovery plus for 2 or 3 years and never had a problem. It's an "add on" as part of my EE mobile plan.
When i try to access the Discovery Plus app either on my phone or TV i get a "renew subscription" message. If i then click renew it offers me either Discovery PLus entertainment for £3.99 per month or TNT Sports for £30.99 per month.
This doesn't look right as i have been reveiving these as an add on.
Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
