Discovery+ now included with BT Sport Inclusive Extra

Due to the forthcoming merger of BT Sport and Eurosport/Discovery if you currently have BT Sport chosen as an inclusive extra you can now activate a DIscovery+ subscription without further cost.

Log in with your BT Sport credentials and set up or sign in to a Discovery+ account.

I have bt sports and it keeps coming up with an error so it won’t let me watch anything.

This doesn't seem to be working. 

 

I followed all of the steps and linked my accounts but I get a message saying:

 

"Upgrade to watch. Sorry this content isn't available with our affiliate pass" and directing me to their helpcentre. 

Do you have any suggestions?

There’s nothing in the link to get in touch about this problem it’s all about mobile phone , broadband and home line. 

I’ve been on to discovery plus they said it need activating but can’t activate keeps failing saying sorry run into a problem please try again.. 

 

you would think this wouldn’t happen from company so big they have just thrown it out there then want us as to do all the running round because they can’t be bothered to sort it properly in first place.

There is nothing helpful there (as usual with EE). 

I am in discussions with the affiliate direct and they have indicated that they are getting a huge number of enquiries about this issue. 

I would imagine that EE is aware of this and it speaks volumes that you guys don't have a fix yet. 

If you speak direct to Discovery+ then you get a more reasonable response.
