Discovery+ extra active, but can’t play anything

Hi,

I activated the tnt sport on discovery+ add on some days ago. I removed the regular tnt sport add on first as it seemed to cause an error trying to add the two.

now my discovery+ account says I have a membership through ee or bt but I’m greeted with “contact provider to find out how to watch” on everything.

On top of that when I log into bt now, it says the account isn’t recognised so I can’t go through either of the activation links provided by ee online

If you log into your My EE app do you no longer have TNT Sports showing in your add-ons?

Yes, the one that just said TNT Sports is gone but I do have the TNT Sports on Discovery+ add-on active

I am assuming that since you have previously had TNT Sports through discovery+ that you registered for discovery+ log in details. 

Please give us a call on 150 so our customer care team can look into your account further and get this resolved.
